الجهود الدولية لمواجهة جريمة الاتجار بالبشر

Résumé: تهدف الورقة البحثية لدراسة جريمة الاتجار بالبشر التي تعد الشكل المعاصر لجريمة الاتجار بالرق الممارس في حق الإنسانية منذ القدم،وشكل من أشكال الرق والعبودية التي تعرض لها البشر في أزمنة مضت، جعلت من الإنسان مجرد سلعة تباع وتشترى، تحت قيادة عصابات وجماعات الجريمة المنظمة. وأمام تزايد حدة هذه الجريمة على المستوى العالمي، حاول المجتمع الدولي التصدي لها من خلال عقد العديد من المؤتمرات وإبرام العديد من الاتفاقيات المتعلقة بهذا الخصوص، والتي تهدف إلى محاولة القضاء على هذه الجريمة المنظمة أو على الأقل الحد منها. وخلصت الدراسة في نهايتها إلى أن جريمة الاتجار بالبشر تعد من أخطر الجرائم وأكبر التجارات غير المشروعة التي تهدد الأمن البشري؛ ما يستدعي ضرورة التعاون الدولي لمكافحتها، من خلال إعداد استراتيجية واضحة المعالم تأخذ بعين الحسبان طبيعة الجريمة وخطورتها.Abstract: The paper aims to study the crime of human trafficking, which is the contemporary form of the crime of trafficking in slavery against humanity from ancient times, and a form of slavery and slavery to which human beings have been subjected in times of the past, which has made man a mere commodity to be sold and sold, under the leadership of organized crime gangs and groups. In the face of the increasing severity of this crime at the global level, the international community has tried to address it through numerous conferences and the conclusion of several conventions on this subject, aimed at trying to eliminate or at least reduce this organized crime. The study concluded that the crime of human trafficking was one of the most serious crimes and the largest illicit trafficking that threatened human security, which called for international cooperation to combat it, through the development of a well-defined strategy that took into account the nature and seriousness of the crime.
