أثر عمليات إدارة المعرفة على الإبداع داخل المنظمة دراسة حالة المديرية العملية لاتصالات الجزائر-فرع بسكرة

Résumé: تناولت هذه الدراسة اثر عمليات إدارة المعرفة على الإبداع داخل المنظمة وتم الاعتماد على الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات،وقد وزعت على عينة عشوائية بسيطةحجمها50عامل إداري تم توزيع الاستبيانات عليهم استرد42 استبيان صالحة للتحليل ليتم تحليلها باستخدام برنامج spss الإحصائي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر معنوي لمتغيرات الدراسة المستقلة الخاصة بعمليات إدارة المعرفة في الإبداع الإداري بالمديرية، حيث بلغ معامل الارتباط بين إدارة المعرفة والإبداع 57.80% ما يعني وجود علاقة قوية وموجبة بين متغيري الدراسة. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تبني استراتيجيات أكثر فعالية لإدارة المعرفة لتحرير الطاقات الإبداعية وتفعيل عمليات الإبداع This study deals with the impact of knowledge management processes on creativity within the organization and was based on the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, was distributed to a simple random sample size of 50 administrative workers Questionnaires were distributed To them 42 questionnaires were valid for analysis to be analyzed using the spss statistical program. The study reached several results, the most important of which was the significant impact of the independent study variables of knowledge management processes in the administrative creativity in the directorate, where the correlation coefficient between knowledge management and creativity reached 57.80%, which means that there is a strong and positive relationship between the two variables of the study. To manage knowledge to free creative energies and activate creativity processes.
