الضغوط المهنية وعلاقتها بالأداء الوظيفي لدى أعوان الأمن بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة -دراسة ميدانية بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين الضغوط المهنية والأداء الوظيفي لدى أعوان الأمن بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة، ومعرفة فيما إذا كانت هناك فروق في كل من الأداء الوظيفي والضغوط المهنية تعزى لمتغيري الأقدمية والمستوى التعليمي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم تطبيق اداتين؛ الأولى خاصة بالضغوط المهنية لمحمد صلاح الدين أبو العلا (2009)، والثانية خاصة بالأداء الوظيفي لتوتي مراد(2020) تحت إشراف الأستاذ الدكتور مزياني الوناس، بعد التأكد من الخصائص السيكومترية لهما، تم تطبيقهما على عينة تكونت من (158) عون أمن، وقد تمت المعالجة الاحصائية باستخدام البرنامج الاحصائي(SPSS) نسخة 22 وأسفرت الدراسة النتائج التالية: *توجد علاقة بين الضغوط المهنية والأداء الوظيفي لدى أعوان الأمن بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة. *لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في الضغوط المهنية لدى أعوان الأمن بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة تعزى لمتغير الأقدمية. *لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في الضغوط المهنية لدى أعوان الأمن بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة تعزى لمتغير المستوى التعليمي. *لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في الأداء الوظيفي لدى أعوان الأمن بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة تعزى لمتغير الأقدمية. *توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في الأداء الوظيفي لدى أعوان الأمن بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة تعزى لمتغير المستوى التعليمي. وقد نوقشت نتائج هذه الدراسة في ضوء الجانب النظري وبعض الدراسات السابقة، واختتمت بتقديم بعض الاقتراحات الموجهة للباحتين وأصحاب القرار في جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الضغوط المهنية؛ الأداء الوظيفي؛ أعوان الأمن؛ جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة. The current study aimed to reveal the relationship between occupational pressures and job performance among security personnel at the University of Kasdi Merbah and Ouargla, and to find out whether there are differences in both job performance and professional pressures due to the variables of seniority and educational level. two tools; The first is related to the occupational pressures of Muhammad Salah El-Din Abu El-Ela (2009), and the second is related to the job performance of Toti Murad (2020), after confirming the psychometric properties of them, they were applied to a sample consisting of (158) security agents, and the statistical treatment was carried out using the statistical program ( SPSS) version 22 The study yielded the following results: * There is a relationship between occupational pressures and job performance among security personnel at the University of Kasdi Merbah, Ouargla. * There are no statistically significant differences in occupational stress among security personnel at the University of Kasdi Merbah, Ouargla due to the variable of seniority. * There are no statistically significant differences in the occupational pressures of the security personnel at the University of Kasdi Merbah Ouargla due to the educational level variable. * There are no statistically significant differences in job performance among security personnel at the University of Kasdi Merbah Ouargla due to the variable of seniority. * There are statistically significant differences in job performance among security personnel at the University of Kasdi Merbah, Ouargla due to the educational level variable. The results of this study were discussed in the light of the theoretical aspect and some previous studies, and concluded by presenting some suggestions directed to the researchers and decision-makers at the Kasdi Merbah University of Ouargla.
