تحليل العلاقة الارتباطية بين ممارسات إدارة المعرفة و مستوى الإبداع التنظيمي لدى أساتذة معهد التكنولوجيا بجامعة ورقلة Analyzing The Correlation Between Knowledge Management Practices And The Organizational Creativity Level Among Professors Of The Technology Institute At Ouargla University

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر أبعاد إدارة المعرفة (توليد المعرفة، خزن المعرفة، توزيع المعرفة، تطبيق المعرفة) على الإبداع التنظيمي لدى أساتذة معهد التكنولوجيا بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف قام الباحثين بتصميم استمارة استبيان، وتوزيعها باستخدام أسلوب الحصر الشامل، إذ بلغت العينة المدروسة 41 أستاذا من المجموع الكلي لأساتذة معهد التكنولوجيا والبالغ عددهم 48 أستاذا، أظهر التحليل الإحصائي وجود تأثير معنوي لبُعدي خزن وتطبيق المعرفة على الإبداع التنظيمي بمعهد التكنولوجيا، مع وجود مستوى مرتفع للإبداع التنظيمي لدى أساتذة معهد التكنولوجيا بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة، بالإضافة إلى وجود تأثير معنوي لإدارة المعرفة على الإبداع التنظيمي، في ظل النتائج المتوصل إليها توصي الدراسة بضرورة الاهتمام ببُعدي توليد وتوزيع المعرفة لدى أساتذة معهد التكنولوجيا بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة. This study aimed to find out the extent to which knowledge management contributes through its dimensions (knowledge generation, knowledge storage, knowledge distribution, application of knowledge) to achieving organizational creativity among the professors of the Institute of Technology at the Université Kasdi Merbah Ouargla, and the researchers relied on the descriptive analytical approach, using the questionnaire tool to collect information, A comprehensive inventory method was used, as the studied sample reached 41 professors from the total of 48 professors of the Institute of Technology, the study found that there was a significant effect of the two dimensions of knowledge management. Storage and application of knowledge on organizational innovation at the Institute of Technology, and the presence of a high level of organizational creativity among professors of the Institute of Technology at the Université Kasdi Merbah Ouargla, and the existence of a moral impact of knowledge management on the organizational creativity of the professors of the Institute of Technology at the Université Kasdi Merbah Ouargla, and the study recommended a number of proposals, including the necessity of paying attention to the dimensions of generating and distributing knowledge.
