Résumé: هذه الدراسة الموسومةب: أحكام عقد الإجارة أثناء جائحة كورونا كانت أهميتها في كونها مسألة مستجدة وكان الإشكال الرئيسي الذي تسعى للإجابة عليه هو ماهو تأثير جائحة كورونا على عقد الايجارة؟ أجابت الدراسة على ذلك من خلال مباحث الدراسة الآتية: المبحث الاول خصصته في معنى عقد الإجارة ومشروعيتها واركانها، أما المبحث الثاني أنواع الإجارة وشروطها وانقضائها والمبحث الثالث المجنون بمفهوم الجائحة والمبحث الرابع أثر جائحة كورونا على عقد الإجارة.
