أثر عصرنة الخدمات المصرفیة على الأداء البنكي دراسة حالة البنك الخارجي الجزائري(bea) وكالة ورقلة للفترة 2010-2015
Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى محاولة الوقوف على حالة الخدمات المصرفية الإلكترونية في النظام المصرفي الجزائري، كما تهدف إلى معرفة مدى تأثير هذه الخدمات على أداء البنوك التجارية الجزائرية وقد تم اختيار البنك الخارجي الجزائري كعينة للدراسة لفترة 2010-2015، مستعملين في ذلك المنهج الوصفي للجانب النظري والمنهج التجريبي في الجانب التطبيقي و تم الاعتماد على أدوات التحليل الإحصائي منها تحليل الانحدار البسيط كما تم استخدام برنامج (Excel) وبرنامج (Eviews9). وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة عكسية بين الخدمات المصرفية الالكترونية على العائد على حقوق الملكية و العائد على الأصولThe study aims to study the status of electronic banking services in the Algerian banking system and aims to determine the impact of these services on the performance of the Algerian commercial banks. The Algerian foreign bank was selected as a sample for the period 2010-2015, In the applied side, it relied on statistical analysis tools, including simple regression analysis, Excel and eviews9 were used. The study concluded that there is an inverse relationship between electronic banking services on return on equity and return on assets
