أثر عصرنة الخدمات المصرفية على الأداء البنكي دراسة حالة البنك الخارجي الجزائري لفترة 2008_2013
Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى محاولة الوقوف على حالة الخدمات المصرفية الالكترونية في النظام المصرفي الجزائري، كما تهدف إلى معرفة مدى تأثير هذه الخدمات على أداء البنوك التجارية الجزائرية وقد تم اختيار البنك الخارجي الجزائري كعينة للدراسة لفترة 2008_2013، مستعملين في ذلك المنهج الوصفي للجانب النظري والمنهج التجريبي في الجانب التطبيقي و تم الاعتماد على أدوات التحليل الإحصائي منها تحليل الانحدار البسيط كما تم استخدام برنامج (exel) وبرنامج (eviews 8).وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة عكسية بين الخدمات المصرفية الالكترونية والعائد على حقوق الملكية.The study aims to try to stand on the case of electronic banking services in the Algerian banking system, also aims to determine the impact of these services on the Algerian commercial banks performance has been selected external Bank of Algeria as a sample for the study of the period 2008_2013,using the descriptive approach side the theoretical and experimental approach in the side Applied and has been relying on statistical analysis tools including simple regression analysis was also used program (excel) and program (eviews 8). The study concluded that there is an inverse relationship between the electronic banking services and return on equity.
