النظام التربوي الجزائري تحليل وملاحظات حول أهداف وغايات المدرسة الجزائرية

Résumé: ملخص رغم الأزمة التي يعيشها نظامنا التربوي، تحاول الجهود الإصلاحية الدورية معالجة عديد الأبعاد منها البيداغوجي ومنها القانوني وغيرهما، ولم تتمكن بعد من وضع الدواء على موضع الداء؛ فبقيت أوجه الإهدار التربوي بارزة للعيان. تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إلقاء نظرة تحليلية لأحد أبعاد الواقع التربوي وهو البعد التشريعي من خلال قراءة في وثيقة القانون التوجيهي للتربية الوطنية (08-04) وإبراز الأهداف والغايات المسطرة من طرف المشرع الجزائري للنهوض بالمدرسة الجزائرية. ولكن حتى وإن كانت النصوص القانونية راقية تتولد ثنائية حرجة، تترك أوضاعنا دائما متأزمة. Abstract: Despite the crisis in our education system, periodic reform efforts always try to deal with the different dimensions such as educational and legislative, but fail to correct the situation properly, in the event the losses persist. This text aims to analyze the legislative dimension within this education system, through a reading in the national education orientation law (08-04), emphasizing the goals and objectives underlined. by the Algerian legislator in order to develop the Algerian school; But even if the legal texts are well founded, the situation generates a critical dualism, leaving the school still in crisis.
