دور جودة خدمة النقل الجوي في كسب رضا الزبون دراسة حالة الخطوط الجوية الجزائرية بمدينة ورقلة

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل وتحديد أثر جودة خدمة النقل الجوي في تحقيق رضا زبائن الجوية الجزائرية بغرض مساهمة هذه المؤسسة في تبني استراتيجيات مناسبة تمكنها من كسب رضا زبائنها والمحافظة على الحالين وجذب زبائن جدد. ولتحقيق أهداف الدارسة فقد تم اختيار عينة من مجتمع الدراسة مكونة من 110 زبون على مستوى مدينة ورقلة، وتم استرجاع 100استبانة قابلة للمعالجة باستخدام برنامج spss20)). وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن كل أبعاد جودة خدمة النقل الجوي (الملموسية، الاعتمادية، الاستجابة، التعاطف والأمان)تؤثر في رضا زبائن الخطوط الجوية الجزائرية. كما يؤثر كل بعد لوحده في رضا الزبائن ، وكان بعد التعاطف هو أكثر الأبعاد تأثير في الرضا في حين أن بعد الاعتمادية له تأثير ضعيف مقارنة مع الأبعاد الأخرى. كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أنه كلما زاد عمر أفراد العينة يزيد تأثيره على جودة الخدمة وأن غالبية الزبائن يشعرون بالأمان عند تعاملهم مع عمال الخطوط الجوية الجزائرية. This study aims to analyze and determine the impact of the quality of the Algerian air transport service in achieving customer satisfaction and to contribute to the adoption of appropriate strategies for the institution, and allow obtaining and maintaining its customer satisfaction on both cases and attract new customers. To achieve the objectives of the study, a sample of 110 clients was taken from the city of Ouargla, 100 treatable investigations were collected to identify using the SPSS20 program. The study revealed that all dimensions of the quality of air transport (services, tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, empathy and security) affect customer satisfaction of Air Algeria. It is to notice that each dimension has an independent effect on customers or the satisfactory impact as the emotional dimension or repellent impact as reliability. The results of this study showed that the more the sample respondents are older, more impact on the quality of the service, and that the majority of customers feel safe when they deal with workers of Air Algeria.
