مساهمة شركات و ابتكارات التكنولوجيا المالية الرقمية في دعم الشمول المالي بالجزائر

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور شركات و ابتكارات التكنولوجيا المالية في دعم الشمول المالي وتحقيق أهدافه، تطوير الخدمات المالية و المصرفية، لتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة، و ذلك من خلال دراسة تجربة الجزائر في الاستعانة بشركات التكنولوجيا المالية الناشئة وكذا خدمة الهاتف المحمول.تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي و التحليلي المقارن لوصف و تحليل المشكلة المطروحة، و الإحصائي لتحليل مجموعة البيانات والمعلومات التي وردت في الدراسة.خلصت الدراسة إلى أن شركات التكنولوجيا المالية الناشئة بإمكانها دعم الشمول المالي كونها تعرض خدمات متنوعة، بسيطة وبأقل تكلفة وتأكد أن انتشارها في الجزائر محدود جدا إذ لم يتجاوز عددها شركتين و هو ما انعكس سلبا على الخدمات البنكية عن طريق الهاتف المحمول. This study aims to highlight the role of financial technology firms and innovations in supporting financial inclusion and achieving its objectives, and the development of financial and banking services, to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals, by examining Algeria's experience in using emerging financial technology firms as well as the mobile phone service.The descriptive and comparative analytical approach was relied upon to describe and analyze the problem at hand, and the statistical approach was used to analyze the data set information provided in the study. The study concluded that emerging financial technology companies can support financial inclusion as they offer a variety of services, simple and at the lowest cost, and it was confirmed that their spread in Algeria is very limited, as their number does not exceed two companies, which has negatively affected banking services through mobile phones.
