دور النوافذ الاسلامية في تعزيز الشمول المالي في الجزائر

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة مدى ابراز و توضيح مساهمة النوافذ الإسلامية بشكل كبير على الشمول المالي في الجزائر، ولعل اهم البنوك الجزائرية التي تسعى دوما الى تقديم خدمات مصرفية تناسب متطلبات العملاء من خلال وضع مؤشرات الشمول المالي من أولوياتها، نجد بنك الوطني الجزائري الذي أصبح ينافس البنوك الأخرى من خلال تبنيه فتح نوافذ إسلامية، و سوف نسلط الضوء على هذه الدراسة من خلال اتباع أسلوب المنهج الوصفي بالاطلاع على البنك وخدماته ونوعية النوافذ الموجودة به، و المنهج التحليلي بتحليل الإجابات التي تم طرحها على موظفي البنك من خلال دراسة حالة وكالة بشار عن طريق اجراء مقابلة . من خلال النتائج المتوصل اليها يتضح ان الشمول المالي والنوافذ الإسلامية في بنك وطني الجزائري متغيرين متداخلين بحيث ان تحقيق واحد منهما يؤدي بالضرورة لوجود تكامل مع المتغير الثاني ما أدى الى وجود لعلاقة إيجابية مميزة لكل منهما. ساهمت في تطوير البنك حسب الاحصائيات المقدمة التي أوضحت مدى نسب تقدم التوجه نحو نوافذ اسلامية. مع ضرورة زيادة الرقابة الشرعية على سير العمليات المالية الإسلامية This study aims to know the extent to which Islamic windows have significantly highlighted and clarified the contribution of financial inclusion to financial inclusion in Algeria. Perhaps the most important Algerian banks that always seek to provide banking services that suit customer requirements by setting financial inclusion indicators as one of their priorities, we find the National Bank of Algeria, which has become a competitor. Other banks by adopting the opening of Islamic windows. We will shed light on this study by following the descriptive approach by reviewing the bank, its services, and the type of windows in it, and the analytical approach by analyzing the answers that were presented to the bank’s employees through a case study of Bashar Agency by conducting an interview. From the results obtained, it is clear that financial inclusion and Islamic windows in the National Bank of Algeria are two interrelated variables, such that achieving one of them necessarily leads to integration with the second variable, which led to a distinct positive relationship for each of them. It contributed to the development of the bank according to the statistics provided, which showed the extent of the progress towards Islamic windows.
