المؤسسة الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان في الجزائر ومدى التوافق مع مبادئ باريس لعام 1994

Résumé: عرفت الجزائر على غرار غالبية دول العالم قيام مؤسسات وطنية لحقوق الإنسان، عبر مسار تراكمي لتجربة امتدت لعقود من الزمن ونحاول في هذه الدراسة معرفة هذا المسار وهذه التطورات ونخص في هذه الدراسة المؤسسات ذات السند القانوني أو الدستوري أي تلك التي حاولت أن تلتزم بالمعايير الدولية ذات الصلة، وأن تأخذ بمبادئ باريس، والتي تتجلى في اللجنة الاستشارية لحقوق الإنسان ثم المجلس الوطني لحقوق الإنسان. Abstract : Algeria, like most countries in the world, has known the establishment of national human rights institutions, through a cumulative course of experience that spanned decades. In this study, we try to know this path and these developments, and we single out in this study institutions with legal or constitutional authority, that is, those that try to take the Paris Principles, which It is reflected in the Advisory Committee on Human Rights and then the National Council for Human Rights.
