ظروف العمل وآثارها النفسية والجسدية على عمال الرعاية الصحية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة إلى تسليط الضوء على تأثير ظروف العمل على الصحة النفسية والجسدية للعاملين في القطاع الصحي، من خلال دراسة الآثار الناجمة عن العوامل الفيزيقية، العوامل النفسية-الإجتماعية والعوامل التنظيمية وتشخيص الأخطار المرتبطة بها. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم تصميم إستبينان وتطبيقه على عينة مكونة من 81 عامل ينتمون إلى القطاع العام والخاص وذوي مؤهلات علمية مختلفة، حيث أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود تأثير للعوامل السابقة على الصحة النفسية والجسدية لعينة الدراسة بنسب متفاوتة.وخلصت الورقة إلى التأكيد على الأثر المباشر لظروف العمل على الجانب الصحي للعامل وهذا ما توصلت إليه الدراسات السابقة. The paper aims to highlight the impact of working conditions on the psychological and physical health-care workers, by studying the effects of physical factors, psychological and social factors, organizational factors and diagnosing the risks associated with them.To achieve this aim, a questionnaire was prepared and applied to a sample of workers from public and private sector with different qualifications.The results of the study showed that the previous factors had an impact on the physical and psychological health of sample study with varying proportions. The paper concluded, according to previous studies, that the working conditions has a direct impact on the health of the workers.
