الإعلام الجديد وتحديات الحفاظ على الأمن الهوياتي للمجتمع الجزائري .

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة للبحث في التأثيرات السلبية للإعلام الجديد على الأمن الهوياتي للمجتمع الجزائري في الوقت الراهن، ومن ثم اقتراح حلول عملية يمكن أن تساعد في تلافي هذه التأثيرات أو التقليل من حدتها، وذلك ببيان مواطن قوة الإعلام الجديد وأحدث أدواته وأساليبه المعتمدة في التأثير الاجتماعي عموما، وفي عملية الغزو الثقافي للشعوب والمجتمعات المحلية خصوصا؛ ومن ثم تسليط الضوء على التهديدات الراهنة التي يسوقها الإعلام الجديد للمجتع الجزائري وهويته، وفي الأخير فإن هذه الدراسة تقدم اقتراحات عملية حول سبل وآليات مواجهة أخطار الإعلام الجديد في سبيل الحفاظ على الأمن الهوياتي للمجتمع الجزائري؛ كضرورة حتمية لتحقيق أمن فكري دائم له. This study aims to research the negative effects of the new media on the identity security of Algerian society nowadays , and then suggest practical solutions that can help in avoiding these effects or reducing their severity, by showing the strengths of the new media and its latest tools and methods adopted in social influence in general, and in the process of cultural invasion of peoples and local communities in particular; and then highlighting the current threats that the new media are bringing to the Algerian society and its identity. Finally, this study offers practical suggestions on ways and mechanisms to confront the dangers of the new media in order to preserve the identity security for Algerian society; as an imperative for achieving lasting intellectual security for it.
