حماية الطفل من جريمة الاختطاف في التشريع الجزائري - Protecting A Child From Kidnapping In Algerian Legislation

Résumé: ملخص: تعد جريمة اختطاف الطفل من الجرائم الخطرة الماسة بحرية وكرامة الطفل، والتي غالبا ما تسبب له أضرارا جسدية ومعنوية جسيمة، قد تصل إلى درجة قتله، هذه الجريمة عرفت تطورا ملحوظا من حيث دوافع وأساليب ارتكابها، فقد يكون دافع ارتكابها شخصيا أو ماديا أو جنسيا… المشرع الجزائري أدرك خطورة هذه الجريمة، وسعى إلى بسط أكبر قدر ممكن من الحماية للطفل، وذلك من خلال سنه للعديد من النصوص القانونية التي تهدف إلى ضمان حماية خاصة للطفل من جريمة الاختطاف، تتوزع هذه النصوص بين قانون العقوبات والقانون 15-12 المتعلق بحماية الطفل. الكلمات المفتاحية: الطفل، جريمة الاختطاف، الحماية، التشريع الجزائري. :Abstract Kidnapping is a serious crime affecting the freedom and dignity of the child, and which often causes him severe physical and moral damage, which may amount to his death, this crime has witnessed a remarkable development in terms of the motives and methods of committing it, as it may have been motivated personally, financially or sexually… The Algerian legislator realized the seriousness of this crime, and sought to extend the greatest possible protection for the child, through the enactment of several legal texts that aim to ensure special protection for the child from the crime of kidnapping.
