Résumé: ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة إبراز كيفية تبني أبعاد التنمية المستدامة من طرف المشاريع المقاولاتية بمؤسسة يونيليفر UNILIVER، وخلصت إلى أنه في إطار تبني المشاريع المقاولاتية لأبعاد التنمية المستدامة مكلف ومحفوف بالمخاطر والمعوقات إلا أن نتائجه الاقتصادية بالدرجة الأولى أعلى لا سيما أن ذلك ذو صدى تسويقي مرتفع يخدم المركز التنافسي للمشروع، إضافة إلى تحقيق عوائد إجتماعية وبيئية. الكلمات المفتاحية : تنمية مستدامة، مقاولاتية، مقاولاتية مستدامة. تصنيف JEL : Q01 ؛ L26 Abstract: The aim of this study is to try to show how sustainable development dimensions can be adopted by UNILIVER projects. It concluded that in the context of the adoption of construction projects for the dimensions of sustainable development, it is costly and fraught with risks and constraints. However, its economic results are primarily higher, Competitive position of the project, in addition to achieving social and environmental returns.
