تقييم الثقافة المقاولاتية المستدامة للطلبة المقبلين على التخرج. دراسة حالة دفعة 2019 بجامعة سكيكدة.

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تقييم نسبة وجود الثقافة المقاولاتية المستدامة لدى الطلبة المقبلين على التخرج بجامعة سكيكدة، بحيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وأسلوب دراسة الحالة مع استخدام الاستمارة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، والتي وزعت على عينة عشوائية من الطلاب قدر عددهم 356 طالب في الجامعة محل الدراسة. تم التوصل إلى أن نسبة التقييم لوجود الثقافة المقاولاتية المستدامة لدى الطلبة المقبلين على التخرج بجامعة سكيكدة عالية في حدود 70,62% ،وهي قابلة للارتفاع إلى مستويات أعلى مستقبلا، أي أن هناك أرضية يمكن العمل على تقويتها وترجمتها إلى ممارسات عملية في المستقبل، فعلى الجامعة تنمية وإرساء الثقافة المقاولاتية المستدامة لدى الطالب وتوجيه أهدافها وفق نظرة تطبيقية. This study aims to identify the rate of evaluation of sustainable entrepreneurial culture among the graduating students at the Faculty of economics and Management Sciences (University of Skikda). A descriptive analytical and case study method was adopted with the use of a questionnaire as the main data collection tool, which was distributed to a random sample of 356 graduating students. The study has concluded that the rate of evaluation of the graduating students for sustainable entrepreneurship culture is high approximately 70.62% and can be risen to higher levels in the future, because there is a ground that can be strengthened and translated into practices in the future, The University must develop and establish the entrepreneurial culture of students, professors and researchers and make research according to an application view.
