Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز مدى التزام البنوك الجزائرية محل الدراسة بمبادئ المسؤولية الاجتماعية، من خلال دراسة لعينة من البنوك العاملة في ولاية تبسة. حيث توصلت الدراسة الى أن البنوك العاملة بولاية تبسة ملتزمة بممارسة المسؤولية الاجتماعية فضلا على أنها تعمل كذلك على تشجيع المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة على تبني ثقافة الممارسات الاجتماعية والبيئية المستدامة. Abstract : The study try to showing the extent of commitment of the Algerian banks under study to the principles of social responsibility, through a study of a sample of banks operating in Tebessa. The study concluded that the banks operating in Tebessa are committed to practicing social responsibility, as well as encouraging small and medium enterprises to adopt a culture of social and environmental practices.
