أثر الثقافة التنظيمية على تبني تطبيق المسؤولية الاجتماعية دراسة حالة عينة من المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة لولاية ورقلة

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى البحث عن العلاقة بين ثقافة التنظيمية وتبني المسؤولية اجتماعية حيث تكتسي هذه الدراسة أهمية متزايدة لهذا الموضوع وهذا ما جعل القائمين على مختلف المنظمات بدل المزيد اتجاه ثقافة التنظيمية من أجل تبني تطبيق المسؤولية الاجتماعية. ويعالج موضوع بحث عن طريق الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات في الدراسة الميدانية، ولذلك تم استخدام الspss لمعالجة المعطيات المجمعة من عينة الدراسة المتمثلة في عينة من المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بولاية ورقلة وأهم ما مكننا التوصل إليه هو أن هناك مستوى جيد بالنسبة لثقافة التنظيمية في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، ومستوى عالي من تبني المسؤولية الاجتماعية كما أنه توجد علاقة قوية بين ثقافة التنظيمية وتبني المسؤولية الاجتماعية في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة حيث بلغ معامل ارتباط (59%). This study aimed to find the relationship between organizational culture and adopting social responsibility so that this study is the importance of the growing importance of the subject and that's what made based on different organizational culture towards more allowance organizations to implement social responsibility. Search topic addresses through the questionnaire as a tool for data collection in the field study, and so was using the spss to treat pooled data from a sample survey of a sample of small and medium enterprises in Ouargla and enabled us to reach is that there is a good level of organizational culture in small and medium-sized enterprises, and high level of adoption of social responsibility as there is a strong relationship between organizational culture and adopting social responsibility in small and medium-sized enterprises with correlation coefficient (%59).
