أثر الثقة التنظيمية على الاستقرار الوظيفي للموظفين دراسة تطبيقية على موظفي كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة جيجل

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى الثقة التنظيمية ومستوى الاستقرار الوظيفي في كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة جيجل، واختبار الأثر بينهما من وجهة نظر الموظفين، حيث تم توزيع الاستبيان على 42 موظف بالكلية تم اختيارهم بطريقة العينة العشوائية البسيطة. ولمعالجة البيانات تم استخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الكلية محل الدراسة تتوفر وبدرجة متوسطة على الثقة التنظيمية والاستقرار الوظيفي من وجهة نظر الموظفين، كما أوضحت نتائج التحليل بأنه يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) للثقة التنظيمية على الاستقرار الوظيفي راجع لتأثير كل من (الثقة بالرئيس المباشر، والثقة بزملاء العمل). This study aimed to identify the level of organizational trust and the level of job stability in the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences at Jijel University, and to test the effect between them from the point of view of the employees, to achieve this goal, the questionnaire was distributed to 42 employees who were selected by a simple random sampling method. And the SPSS was used to analysis of the data. The study concluded that the degree of organizational trust and job stability in the Faculty was medium, from the viewpoint of the employees, Also, there is an a statistically significant effect at the level of significance (α=0,05) of organizational trust on job stability due to the effect of (trust in direct director, and trust in colleagues).
