الخدمات المصرفية الرقمية ودورها في تسهيل التجارة الخارجية دراسة حالة بنك الجزائر الخارجي Bea

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف الخدمات المصرفية الرقمية لبنك الجزائر الخارجي (BEA) ودوره في تسهيل التجارة الخارجية. حيث تم الاعتماد على منهج وصفي تحليلي من خلال جمع البيانات من التقارير السنوية والمقالات العلمية. ولقد أظهرت النتائج أن التحويلات المالية الدولية، الاعتمادات المستندية الإلكترونية، والشيكات الإلكترونية، وإدارة الحسابات عبر الإنترنت، أسهمت في تسهيل العمليات التجارية الدولية بسرعة وأمان، مما زاد من كفاءة العمليات التجارية وقلل التكاليف التشغيلية. كما عززت هذه الخدمات الثقة بين الشركات والشركاء التجاريين الدوليين. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاستثمار في تطوير البنية التحتية التقنية وتحسين أنظمة الحماية لضمان استمرارية الابتكار وتحسين الخدمات المصرفية. This study aims to explore the digital banking services of the Bank of Algeria’s external operations (BEA) and its role in facilitating foreign trade. The research employed a descriptive-analytical methodology, collecting data from annual reports and scientific articles. The findings revealed that international financial transfers, electronic letters of credit, electronic checks, and online account management have significantly facilitated international trade operations with speed and security. These services have increased the efficiency of trade operations and reduced operational costs. Furthermore, these services have strengthened the trust between companies and international trade partners. The study recommended investing in the development of technical infrastructure and improving security systems to ensure the continuity of innovation and enhancement of banking services.
