أثر المهارات الإرشادية لأستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية في تحسين دافعية التعلم لدى التلاميذ في الطور المتوسط

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى انجاز خطوة أولية للتعرف على بعض المهارات الإرشادية لأستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية، وكذالك مدى تأثير هذه المهارات على دافعية التعلم لدى التلاميذ، لذا فقد اعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي، كما شملت عينة بحثنا هذا 200 تلميذ من تلاميذ الطور المتوسط، حيث تم اختيارها بطريقة عشوائية من حيث (الجنس، السن)، وتكونت أداة الدراسة أساسا من: مقياس دافعية التعلم وبطاقة ملاحة الأداء التدريسي الخاصة بأستاذة التربية البدنية و الرياضية، وكانت نتائج الدراسة تشير إلى أن للمهارات الإرشادية لأستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية تأثير على كل من مؤشر الاهتمام والرغبة في التعلم و مؤشر الاتجاه الايجابي نحو التربية البدنية و الرياضية . الكلمات المفتاحية: المهارات الإرشادية؛ أستاذ التربية البدنية و الرياضية؛ دافعية التعلم؛ تلاميذ الطور المتوسط ؛. Abstract: The study aims to accomplish an initial step to get acquainted with some of the counseling skills for the professor of physical education and sports, Likewise, how these skills affect students ’learning motivation, So we relied in our study on the descriptive approach, as our sample included 200 students from the middle stage, Where it was randomly chosen in terms of (gender, age), The study instrument consisted mainly of: the motivation scale of learning and the navigation performance card of the professor of physical and sports education,The results of the study indicated that the indicative skills of a professor of physical and sports education influence both the interest index and the desire to learn and the positive trend indicator towards physical and sports education.
