فعالية برنامج علاجي معرفي سلوكي في التخفيف من أعراض قلق الامتحان لدى تلاميذ السنة الثالثة ثانوي

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة فعالية البرنامج العلاجي المعرفي السلوكي في خفض أعراض قلق الامتحان لدى تلميذات السنة الثالثة ثانوي، بثانوية فخار عبد الكريم بولاية المدية، خلال الموسم الدراسي 2021/2022. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الشبه التجريبي للمجموعة الواحدة، بقياسين (قبلي، بعدي). وذلك باستخدام مقياس قلق الامتحان لـ "سبيلبرغر"، والذي تم التأكد من خصائصه السيكومترية (الصدق والثبات)، حيث تم تطبيق البرنامج على عينة قوامها (14) تلميذة، تم اختيارهن بطريقة قصدية. وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التطبيق القبلي والتطبيق البعدي في مستوى قلق الامتحان لصالح القياس البعدي، حيث انخفض مستوى قلق الامتحان، وهذا ما يؤكد فعالية البرنامج العلاجي المعرفي السلوكي في تخفيف أعراض قلق الامتحان. Abstract : The study aims to explore and find out the effectiveness of the cognitive behavioral therapy program on reducing anxiety symptoms among the third-year secondary students at Fakhar abdelkrim High School for girls (Medea), during the scholar year of 2021/2022 In order to achieve this goal, the study used experimental method with semi-experimental design of one group, and 02 measurements (pretest- posttest). Using anxiety test of "Speilberger", whose psychometric properties were verified (validity and reliability), and the cognitive behavioral therapy program, which was applied on a sample of (14) female students, who were selected in a purposive manner. The study showed that there are statistically significant differences in the level of test anxiety, which confirms the effectiveness of the cognitive behavioral therapy program on reducing anxiety symptoms among the third-year secondary students.
