Résumé: هدف البحث إلى معرفة أهمية الظروف الفيزيقية في المنظمة، وتمّ تقسيمها إلى مجموعتين: العوامل الفيزيقية المتعلقة ببيئة العمل: الإضاءة، الألوان، ودرجة الحرارة، التهوية، التلوث، الضوضاء، التحفيز المادي، نوبات العمل. العوامل الفيزيقية المتعلقة بالعامل: الصحة، النظافة وحسن المظهر، التغذية، التعب، فترات الراحة، الملل. The research aimed to know the importance of natural factors in the organization, It was divided into two groups: Natural factors in the organization; Natural Factors related to the work environment; Lighting; Colors; temperature; Ventilation; pollution; the noise; Physical stimulation; Working periods. Natural Factor-related worker; the health; Cleanliness and good looking; nutrition; Tired; Rest periods; Boredom.
