واقع الظروف الفيزيقية في المؤسسة الصناعية الجزائرية
Résumé: ملخص: تهتم الدراسة الحالية بموضوع الظروف الفيزيقية في بيئة العمل، حيث تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أهمية دراسة كل من الإضاءة ودرجة الحرارة والرطوبة والتهوية وكذا الضوضاء في المؤسسة، ومن أجل تحقيق أغراض الدراسة قمنا ببناء استبيان للكشف عن شعور العمال بالانزعاج والضيق من ظروف العمل، وقد طبق على 40 عاملا بمؤسسة صناعية، وبينت النتائج أن العمال أظهروا انزعاجهم من ظروف عملهم الفيزيقية بدرجات مختلفة. الكلمات المفتاحية: ظروف العمل، العامل الجزائري، الظروف الفيزيقية. Abstract : The current study is concerned with studying the physical conditions in the work environment.Where we aim to research the importance of lighting, temperature, humidity, ventilation and noise in the organization, In order to achieve the purposes of the study, we used a questionnaire that measures workers’ feelings of discomfort and distress from working conditions. It was applied to 40 workers in an industrial establishment, and the results showed that workers were disturbed by their physical working conditions to different degrees.
