Preventive Approach To Protect Delinquent Childhood From The Dangers Of Belonging To Street Gangs
Résumé: This study explores a legal approach that seeks to tackle the topic of "delinquent childhood" through the protective approach; Trying to find out whether there is a relationship between the nature of the measures stipulated in Law 12-15 relating to child protection, and the preventive mechanisms against the dangers of joining neighborhood gangs, set forth in Ordinance 20-03 on preventing and combating neighborhood gangs. Hence, the intention is to talk about the preventive approach in the two previous legislations; The need for delinquent childhood; In order to draw attention to the vulnerability of this group in society, which may be an easy prey for its recruitment and capture by neighborhood gangs.
