معيقات تطبيق التعليم الالكتروني في مرحلة التعليم الثانوي من وجهة نظر الأساتذة (دراسة ميدانية)

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى الكشف عن أهم المعيقات التي تقف حائلا دون استخدام تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال في التعليم الثانوي في الجزائر من وجهة نظر أساتذة التعليم الثانوي وفحص دلالة الفروق بين المتوسطات في هذا المجال وفقا لمتغيرات مادة التدريس (علمية ، أدبية)، عدد سنوات العمل والجنس، وباستخدام المنهج الوصفي وتطبيق مقياس معيقات استخدام تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال في التعليم الثانوي على عينة من الأساتذة ببعض ثانويات ولاية الوادي، قوامها 80 أستاذا وأستاذة يدرسون مواد مختلفة، منهم (50 %ذكورا،50%إناثا)، أظهرت النتائج ما يلي: - عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تقديرات الأساتذة لمعيقات استخدام تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال في التعليم الثانوي تبعا لمتغير مادة التدريس(علمية/أدبية). - عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تقديرات الأساتذة لمعيقات استخدام تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال في التعليم الثانوي تبعا لمتغير عدد سنوات العمل. - عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تقديرات الأساتذة لمعيقات استخدام تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال في التعليم الثانوي تبعا لمتغير الجنس. وفسرت النتائج في ضوء ما أسفر عنه التراث السيكولوجي والتربوي والدراسات السابقة في الموضوع، وتوجت الدراسة في الأخير بجملة من المقترحات والتوصيات. : . The Present study aimed to reveal the most important obstacles that stand in the way of using information and communication technology in secondary education in Algeria from the viewpoint of secondary school teachers and the examination of the significance of differences between the averages in this area according to the variables of disciplines ( scientific , literary) , years of work and sex ,and by using the descriptive approach and the application of a measure of the obstacles of using information and communication technology in secondary education on a sample composed of (80) secondary school teachers of different disciplines (50% males and 50% females) in the wilaya of El-oued . The results showed the following: - The absence of statistically significant differences between the estimates of teachers in terms of the obstacles to use information and communication technology in secondary education according to the variable of disciplines (scientific / literary). - The absence of statistically significant differences between the estimates of teachers in terms of the obstacles to use information and communication technology in secondary education according to the variable of the number of years of work. - The absence of statistically significant differences between the estimates of teachers in terms of the obstacles to use information and communication technology in secondary education according to the variable of sex. The Results were interpreted in the light of the outcome of the psychological and educational heritage and previous studies on the subject, and finally the study was culminated in a set of proposals and recommendations. :
