دور مبادئ الحوكمة في الرفع من فعالية التخطيط الاستراتيجي بالمؤسسات الرياضية

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور بعض مبادئ الحوكمة في الرفع من فعالية التخطيط الاستراتيجي بالمؤسسات الرياضية، حيث تمثل مجتمع الدراسة موظفي مديرية الشباب والرياضة لولاية المسيلة ، وشملت عينة الدراسة 20 موظف وتم اختيارها بالطريقة العشوائية، كما اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و كذا استمارة الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، و توصلنا إلى أن لبعض مبادئ الحوكمة مثل الإفصاح والشفافية والمساواة دور ايجابي في رفع فعالية التخطيط الاستراتيجي بالمؤسسات الرياضية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الحوكمة، التخطيط الاستراتيجي، المؤسسة الرياضية Abstract: This study aims to know the role of some principles of governance in increasing the effectiveness of strategic planning in sports institutions.. Where the study population represents the employees of the Directorate of Youth and Sports for the state of M'sila, The study sample included 20 employees, and they were chosen randomly, We also relied on the analytical descriptive approach, as well as the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, and we concluded that some governance principles of disclosure, transparency and equality have a positive role in raising the effectiveness of strategic planning in the sports institution.
