أثر مشكلة عدم تناظر المعلومات على كفاءة الأسواق المالية

Résumé: تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في الانعكاسات المترتبة عن مشكلة عدم تناظر المعلومات على مستوى الأسواق المالية، وذلك من خلال البحث في أثر المعلومات المرتبطة باتخاذ القرارات الاستثمارية الموزعة بشكل غير متناظر على كفاءة عمل الأسواق المالية. تتخذ الأطراف الأقل معرفة بالوضع الحقيقي لظروف صفقة ما باتخاذ وضعيات احترازية و دفاعية من أجل الوصول إلى تراض ما بين طرفي الصفقة وفق تصوراتهما التي تعكس حالة اللاتناظر، فيتم اتخاذ قرارات مالية تحاول تجاوز حالة التباين في نوعية و كمية المعلومات التي يحوزها كل طرف من أجل الوصول إلى أفضل تخصيص ممكن للموارد المالية المتاحة، و بالتالي زيادة كفاءة الأسواق المالية بشكل يمكن كل طرف من تحقيق مصالحه الذاتية دون التضحية بالتوازن القائم في السوق وقد توصلت الى نتيجة مفادها ان أن عدم التناظر في المعلومات المتوفرة للمستثمرين ينعكس في غالبا في عدم تجانس التوقعات للبائعين والمستثمرين للأصول المالية ووصلت الى نتائج وتوصيات أخرى مهمة في آخر الدراسة. This study seeks to examine the repercussions of asymmetric information problem on financial markets, through the research of asymmetric information effect on financial markets efficiency. Less informed parties to the real circumstance of any deal take precautionary and defensive positions in the hope of reaching a compromise between the parties of deal, according to their vision that reflects the state of asymmetry. Consequently making financial decisions that trying to overcome disparities in quality and quantity of information held by each party in order to achieve the best possible allocation of available financial resources, and thereby increasing the efficiency of the financial markets in a way each party can achieve self-interests without sacrificing the existing balance in the market.
