دور الزكاة في تحقيق التنمية ولاية سكيكدة نموذجا

Résumé: ملخـــــــــــــــص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى محاولة إبراز الدور التي تلعبه الزكاة كآلية من آليات الاقتصاد الإسلامي، وذلك من خلال تمويل ودعم مختلف المشاريع التنموية الإنتاجية التي لها الدور الفعال في الحد من ظاهرتي الفقر والبطالة والتقلبات الاقتصادية، وتكون معالجة الموضوع من خلال الإجابة عن التساؤل الآتي: كيف تساهم الزكاة في تحقيق التنمية في الجزائر؟وقد أخذنا ولاية سكيكدة كنموذج لذلك. Abstract: this research paper aims to try to highlight the role that zakat plays an one of the mechanisms of the Islamic economy by financing and supporting various productive development projacts that have an effective role to reduce the phenomena of poverty unemployment and economic fluctuations the issue will be addressed through answering the following question: how does zakat contribute to achieving develpment in Algeria? We took skikda as an example.
