أثر برنامج تدريبي فردي أثناء الحجر الصحي على تركيز الانتباه لدى لاعبي كرة القدم صنف أكابر.

Résumé: الملخص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على أثر برنامج تدريبي فردي على تركيز الانتباه لدى لاعبي كرة القدم والتعرف على الفروق بين اللاعبين في تركيز الانتباه، استخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي بأسلوب المجموعتان المتكفئتان (الضابطة والتجريبية)، واشتملت عينة البحث على 20 لاعب من فريق اتحاد الشاوية لكرة القدم صنف أكابر ، قام الباحث بإجراء الاختبار القبلي باستخدام اختبار أساليب الانتباه في الألعاب الجماعية للدكتور محمد حسن علوي، بعدها تم تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي الذي يتكون من 18 وحدة تدريبية، بعد إكمال تطبيق البرنامج قام الباحث بإجراء الاختبارات البعدية حيث كان للبرنامج المطبق تأثير إيجابي في تنمية تركيز الانتباه لدى عينة الدراسة وقد أوصى الباحث بضرورة الاهتمام بالجانب النفسي خاصة تركيز الانتباه الذي يتعلق بمختلف مهارات كرة القدم. - الكلمات المفتاحية: - البرنامج، الحجر الصحي، تركيز الانتباه. Abstract : The current research aims to identify the impact of an individual training program on focusing the attention of football players and to identify the differences between the players in attention focus, the researcher used the two-group experimental method (control and experimental), and the search sample included 20 players from the uschaouia Club. The researcher conducted the pre-test using the attention methods test in the group games of Dr. Mohammad Hassan Alawi, after which the 18-module training program was implemented. After completing the program application, the researcher performed the post-tests where the applied program had a positive effect on developing the focus of attention in the sample study and the researcher recommended that the psychological aspect should be taken into consideration, especially the focus of attention related to various football skills
