Résumé: This study aims to know the role that training plays in the development of human resource systems through an applied study at the level of the Electricity and Renewable Energy Company - Toqart, as well as knowing the importance of training in the professional life of workers and the contribution of training to the development of their professional competence. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, we relied on following the analytical descriptive approach on the theoretical side and the case study approach on the applied side, relying on the questionnaire as a main tool in collecting information, where 34 paper questionnaires were distributed and SPSS V26 was used for statistical processing of the data, and after analyzing the results, the study reached a set of The most important results: 1) The institution under study has a good level of human resource training; 2) There is a linear correlation between training and the development of human resource systems; 3) There are no statistically significant differences in the relationship of training to the development of human resource systems.
