دور تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تحسين الكفاءة الإدارية للمؤسسات الرياضية الجزائرية (دراسة ميدانية لمديرية الشباب و الرياضة لولاية سوق اهراس)

Résumé: ملخص الدراسة : تم أجراء دراسة بعنوان "دور تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تحسين الكفاءة الإدارية للمؤسسات الرياضية الجزائرية"، وهدفت إلى معرفة دور تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تحسين الكفاءة الإدارية للمؤسسات الرياضية الجزائرية، يتضمن الإطار النظري للدراسة تعريفًا بالمصطلحات الرئيسية المستخدمة في البحث، مثل الذكاء الاصطناعي و الكفاءة الإدارية، اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدمت الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، وفق مقياس ليكارت الخماسي، تم اختيار عينة عشوائية مكونة من 24 فردًا من العاملين في المؤسسات الرياضية الجزائرية بالظبط "مديرية الشباب و الرياضة لولاية سوق اهراس"، أظهرت النتائج أن استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي يساهم بشكل إيجابي في تحسين الكفاءة الإدارية، و يساهم في تقليل وقت اتخاذ القرارات، وزيادة دقة التنبؤات بالجوانب المالية، وتحسين جودة القرارات الإدارية ورضا الموظفين والعملاء، بالإضافة إلى تحسين جودة خدمة العملاء وجودة التوظيف وتوزيع المهام، وتؤكد الدراسة على أهمية تبني المؤسسات الرياضية الجزائرية لهذه التطبيقات لتحسين كفاءتها وتحقيق نتائج إيجابية على مختلف الأصعدة. Abstract: A study titled "The Role of Artificial Intelligence Applications in Enhancing the Administrative Efficiency of Algerian Sports Organizations" was conducted to investigate the impact of AI applications on improving the administrative efficiency of sports organizations in Algeria, the theoretical framework of the study includes definitions of key terms used in the research, such as artificial intelligence and administrative efficiency, the study employed a descriptive-analytical approach and used a questionnaire as the primary data collection tool, based on a five-point Likert scale, a random sample of 24 individuals working in Algerian sports organizations was selected, the results showed that the use of artificial intelligence contributes positively to enhancing administrative efficiency, reducing decision-making time, increasing the accuracy of financial predictions, and improving the quality of administrative decisions, as well as employee and customer satisfaction. Furthermore, AI applications were found to enhance customer service quality, recruitment processes, and task allocation, the study emphasizes the importance of Algerian sports organizations adopting these applications to improve their efficiency and achieve positive results across various domains.
