Résumé: The aim of the current study is to clarify the concept of E-learning and its requirements in the higher education sector during the pandemic of Covid 19, In order to identify the most significant constraints and challenges that prevent access to the features of this emerging learning system. The study results found the need to intensify efforts and improve the quality of the information infrastructure to provide necessary material and logistical means for the adoption of e-learning systems, through evolving an accurate planning and an assessment strategy, as well as developing human skills to interact in the digital learning environment.
