حماية التنوع البيولوجي البحري الساحلي للحوض المتوسطي في التشريع الجزائري
Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية التطرق إلى دور المشرع الجزائري على غرار باقي التشريعات للدول الإقليمية المطلة على البحر الأبيض المتوسط، في وضع قواعد قانونية لحماية التنوع البيولوجي البحري الساحلي للحوض المتوسطي الذي بات مهددا بالانقراض نتيجة الصيد الجائر و التلوث البحري بمختلف أصنافه . This research paper aims to address the role of the Algerian legislator, like the other legislations of the regional states bordering the Mediterranean Sea, in the development of legal rules for the protection of coastal marine biodiversity of the Mediterranean basin which is threatened with extinction as a result of fishing.
