الديمقراطية التشاركية وعلاقتها بالتنمية المحلية

Résumé: ملخص: نتج عن تطور التجربة السياسية الممتدة عبر العصور السابقة إلى ظهور نماذج جديدة من الممارسة السياسية في عصرنا الراهن،إذ تعتبر الديمقراطية التشاركية المحلية نموذج رائد في إعادة الاعتبار إلى فعل المشاركة ، حيث تستوعب العملية السياسية جميع أطراف المجتمع المدني سواء المتصدين للحكم أو الطبقة المحكومة أي المواطنين، مما ساعد على التنمية المحلية التي فعلتها الديمقراطية التشاركية المحلية بتضافر الجهود ونشر ثقافة التعاون بسبب تبنيها مبدأ المشاركة، فرغم العوائق التي تواجهها إلا أن الديمقراطية التشاركية المحلية ستحقق أهدافها ولو على المدى الطويل. كلمات مفتاحية: الديمقراطية التشاركية، التنمية المحلية، المجتمع المدني، الحوكمة الرشيدة، القرار المشترك. Abstract: The development of the political experiment extended over the past centuries has led to the emergence of new models of political practice in our time. Participatory local democracy is a pioneering model in rethinking the act of participation. The political process accommodates all parties to civil society, whether those who aspire to rule or the ruling class , Which helped the local development of local participatory democracy by concerted efforts and the dissemination of a culture of cooperation because of its adoption of the principle of participation. Despite the obstacles, local participatory democracy will achieve its objectives even in the long term.
