دور الاعلان السياحي عبر موقع فيسبوك في تسويق الخدمات السياحية

Résumé: جاءت هذه الدراسة قصد معرفة الدور الذي يؤديه الإعلان السياحي عبر موقع الفيس بوك في تسويق الخدمات السياحية وقد كشفت الدراسة الامبريقية عن نتائج هامة أبرزها تأثير استخدام موقع فيسبوك من طرف الوكالات السياحية بشكل كبير على تسويق الخدمات السياحية بالنسبة لعينة البحث الأمر الذي تمظهر من خلال التغيرات المعرفية والسلوكية التي حصلت لهم على إثر استخدام الموقع الاجتماعي وكذا فإن البحث كشف عن بحث غالبية عينة الدراسة وبالترتيب عن اشباع الحاجات التالية؛ المعلومات، الاخبار، الترفيه. كشفت الدراسة حصول تغيرات كبيرة على أصعد الوظائف والمهام التي تضطلع بها الشركات السياحية محل البحث على إثر استخدام موقع فيسبوك في الترويج لخدماتها خاصة تلكم المتصلة بفهم الحاجات الفردية والخاصة لبعض من الزبائن Abstract This study was made in order to know the role played by the tourist advertisement through the Facebook site in the marketing of tourism services And the behavior that happened to them after using the social site, as well as the research revealed the research of the majority of the study sample and in order of satisfying the following needs: information, news, entertainment. The study revealed the occurrence of major changes in the highest levels of jobs and tasks undertaken by the tourist companies in question after using Facebook to promote its services, especially those related to understanding the individual and special needs of some of the customers
