أهمية استخدام نظام معلومات محاسبة الموارد البشرية في المؤسسات الجزائرية

Résumé: يهدف هذا المقال إلى تبيان أهمية استخدام نظام معلومات محاسبة الموارد البشرية في المؤسسات الجزائرية من أجل اتخاذ القرارات الصحيحة لتحقيق أهدافها. أظهرت أهم نتائج الدراسة على ضرورة التكامل بين نظام معلومات محاسبة الموارد البشرية ونظام معلومات الموارد البشرية من أجل المساهمة في خفض التكاليف المتعلقة بالموارد البشرية وتقليل الوقت والجهد؛وأن استخدام نظام معلومات محاسبة الموارد البشرية يساهم في قياس:قيمة الموارد البشرية العاملة ،ربحية استخدام الأصول البشرية ومعدل العائد على الاستثمار البشري،كما أكدت الدراسة على ضرورة وإلزامية استخدام نظام معلومات محاسبة الموارد البشرية في المؤسسات الجزائرية. This article aims to demonstrate the importance of using the human resource accounting information system in Algerian enterprises in order to make the right decisions to achieve their objectives. The most important results of the study showed the necessity of integration between the human resource accounting information system and the human resource information system in order to contribute to reducing costs related to human resources and reducing time and effort; And that the use of the human resource accounting information system contributes to measuring: Value of human resources working, profitability of using human assets and rate of return on human investment; The study also emphasized the necessity and mandatory use of the human resource accounting information system in Algerian enterprises.
