ابتكارات التكنولوجيا المالية ودورها في تعزيز الخدمات الرقمية في المصارف الإسلامية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على ابتكارات التكنولوجيا المالية ودورها في تعزيز الخدمات الرقمية في المصارف الإسلامية التي أصبحت تواكب التطور التكنولوجي من خلال توفير منصات رقمية لصيغ التمويل تتطابق وأحكام الشريعة الإسلامية. وتوصلنا في دراستنا إلى أن التكنولوجيا المالية قد ساهمت في تعزيز جودة الخدمات الرقمية في المصارف الإسلامية، من خلال قدرتها على تغيير هيكل الخدمات المالية التقليدية للمصارف الإسلامية وجعلها أسرع وأرخص وأكثر آمنا وشفافية وإتاحة لأكبر شريحة من المجتمع، كما يتم تطويرها غالبا بواسطة شركات الناشئة التي ساهمت في توسع وتطوير منتجات التمويل الإسلامي. This study aims to shed light on the innovations of financial technology and its role in enhancing digital services in Islamic banks, which have become up to date with technological development by providing digital platforms for financing formulas that comply with the provisions of Islamic Sharia. In our study, we found that fintech has contributed to enhancing the quality of digital services in Islamic banks, through its ability to change the structure of traditional financial services of Islamic banks and make them faster, cheaper, more secure, transparent and accessible to the largest segment of society, and it is also often developed by startups that have contributed to the expansion and development of Islamic finance products.
