دور جمعية إيثار لرعاية الإيتام بالوادي في تحقيق الحماية الاجتماعية للفئات المعوزة على المستوى المحلي

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مدى مساهمة جمعية إيثار لرعاية الايتام بالوادي في تحقيق الحماية الإجتماعية للفئات المعوزة داخل المجتمع المحلي وذلك من خلال دراسة الأنشطة والبرامج التي تقوم بها والتعرف عن ألية عملها ومدى مساهمتها في ترقية الخدمات الإجتماعية والإقتصادية والتنموية وذلك من خلال العمل بالموازاة مع المؤسسات الحكومية في تغطية الاحتياجات المجتمعية وتحسين الظروف الإجتماعية لأفراد المجتمع والعمل على محاربة مظاهر التهميش والحرمان والإقصاء الإجتماعي وتحقيق التكافل والتماسك بين مختلف الأطياف الإجتماعية من خلال تقليص الفوارق الطبقية وتجسيد القيم والمبادئ الإنسانية القائمة على التعاون والتضامن والعطاء والإخاء. The aim of the study is to identify the extent to which the Aethar Association for the Care of Orphans in the eloued contributes to the social protection of needy groups within the community by studying its activities and programmes, identifying its working methods and the extent to which it contributes to the promotion of social, economic and development services by working in parallel with government institutions to cover societal needs, improving the social conditions of members of society, combating marginalization, deprivation and social exclusion, and achieving interdependence and cohesion among the various social spectrums by reducing class differences and reflecting human values and principles based on cooperation, solidarity, giving and fraternity.
