أثر جودة الخدمات الصحية على رضا المرضى (دراسة حالة المؤسسة الاستشفائية الحكيم عقبي قالمة)

Résumé: الملخص: هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على جودة الخدمات الصحية وأثرها على رضا المرضى بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية الحكيم عقبي، ووزعت استبانة شملت 37 عبارة على 175 مريض، وتم اختبار الفرضيات باستخدام برنامج SPSS. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباط إيجابية بين جودة الخدمات الصحية ورضا المرضى في مؤسسة الحكيم عقبي، وأن بعد الملموسية له أكبر تأثير على المرضى. كلمات مفتاحية: جودة الخدمات، خدمات صحية، رضا المرضى. تصنيفات JEL : .L15، K32، N7. Abstract: The study aimed to identify the quality of health services and its impact on patients' satisfaction at the Hospital Al Hakim Okbi. A questionnaire covering 37 terms was distributed to 175 patients. The hypotheses were tested using the SPSS program. The study concluded that there is a positive correlation between the quality of health services and the satisfaction of patients in the Al Hakim Okbi Foundation, and that the concrete dimension has the greatest impact on patients.
