التعليم المقاولاتي كأحد محددات النية المقاولاتية لدى الطلبة الجامعيين: دراسة تطبيقية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى فحص أثر التعليم المقاولاتي (المتكون من: الأهداف التعليمية المقاولاتية المحتوى التعليمي المقاولاتي، كفاءة عضو هيئة التدريس، طرائق التدريس) في النية المقاولاتية لدى الطلبة الجامعيين. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي والاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، هذه الأخيرة وُزعت على عينة عشوائية بسيطة تقدر بـ (120) طالب وطالبة ماستر2 يدرسون بكلية العلوم الاقتصادية، التجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة باتنة1، وقد أمكن استرجاع (108) استبانة صالحة للتحليل. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن هناك تأثير معنوي لأبعاد التعليم المقاولاتي في النية المقاولاتية لدى الطلبة، لكن بُعدين فقط من هذه الأبعاد (الأهداف التعليمية المقاولاتية وطرائق التدريس) كانت لهما مساهمة معنوية في هذا التأثير. This study aims to examine the impact of entrepreneurship education (consisting of: entrepreneurial educational objectives, entrepreneurial educational content, faculty member competence, teaching methods) on university students’ entrepreneurial intentions. A simple random sample of (120) second-year master’s students studying at the Faculty of Economics, Commercial and Management Sciences at the University of Batna1 were given a questionnaire, which served as the main data gathering method in this descriptive study. For analysis, (108) valid questionnaires were retrieved. The study concluded that there was a significant impact of entrepreneurship education dimensions on students’ entrepreneurial intentions, but only two dimensions of entrepreneurship education (entrepreneurial educational objectives and teaching methods) contributed to this significant impact.
