Résumé: حق المتهم في المثول أمام قاضيه الطبيعي أصبح حقا من حقوق المواطن، استقر في أعماق الضمير العالمي وبات حقيقة مسلمًا بها وكفلته الدساتير الحديثة والمواثيق العالمية والإقليمية والمؤتمرات الدولية، بنصوص خاصة لما يمثله هذا الحق في إرساء لقواعد العدالة وإشاعة الطمأنينة بين الأفراد. Abstract: The right of the accused to appear before his natural judge has become a citizen's right. It has settled in the depths of the global conscience, has become a recognized reality and has been guaranteed by modern constitutions, global and regional charters and international conferences, with special texts for what this right represents in establishing the rules of justice and spreading reassurance among individuals.
