أثر تعديل قانون الأسرة الجزائري 05-02 في ترقية المركز القانوني للمرأة

Résumé: إن مجلس حماية وترقية العائلة والمجلس الوطني للمرأة اللذين أحدثتهما الجزائر، وكذا تعديل قانون الأسرة بالأمر 05-02 والذي تمّ بموجبه إعادة التوازن في الحقوق والواجبات بين الزوجين تماشيا مع ما ينصّ عليه دستور البلاد وما تقتضيه التزاماتنا الدولية وقيمنا الحضارية، كلّ ذلك إنّما جاء لهدف ترقية مركز المرأة القانوني في المجتمع. ويلمس ذلك من خلال سنّ جملة من القوانين تنطوي على مبدإ منع التمييز ضد المرأة، في مختلف القوانين، قانون الجنسية، العمل، الصحة، العقوبات، قانون الأسرة، ومن هنا تبرز مكانة المرأة في التشريع الجزائري. Summary: The Council for the Protection and promotion of the family and the National Council for Women, which Ahdtthma Algeria, as well as a review of family law ratified the amended thing 05-02 and by which rebalancing of rights and duties between spouses in line with the stipulated in the constitution of the country and the requirements of our international obligations and values of civilization, it all but came the goal of upgrading the status of women in the legal community. And it touches through the enactment of a series of laws involving the principle of preventing discrimination against women, in various laws, the Nationality Law, Labor, Health, sanctions, family law, hence the position of women in Algerian legislation
