مكانة إتفاقيات إيفيان في العلاقات الجزائرية – الفرنسية

Résumé: شكلت اتفاقيات إيفيان حلقة مفصلية، و منعرجا حاسما في تاريخ العلاقات الجزائرية الفرنسية المعاصرة، كونها وضعت حدا فاصلا لأزيد من 132 سنة من الاحتلال الفرنسي للجزائر من جهة، و مكنت الجزائر من استرجاع سيادتها المغتصبة من جهة أخرى، لكن هذه الاتفاقيات و لئن شكلت مرتكزا مهما لبناء العلاقات المستقبلية بين البلدين، فإنها حملت في متونها جملة من التناقضات و المسائل الخلافية التي جعلت كل طرف يسارع للتخلص من التزاماته في إيفيان. ففرنسا سارعت للتراجع عن الكثير من تعهداتها و الإخلال بأخرى مباشرة بعد وقف إطلاق النار يوم 19 مارس 1962م، و بدورها عملت الجزائر على التراجع عن جملة من التزاماتها خدمة لمشروعها 1989-1962 الوطني، لكن هذا لم يمنع البلدين من توقيع المزيد من بروتوكولات التعاون فيما بين سنتي لتنظيم العلاقات الثنائية وفق مقتضيات كل مرحلة. The Evian Conventions constituted a detailed link and a critical milestone in Algeria's contemporary French relations. It has put an end to more than 132 years of French occupation of Algeria on the one hand. and enabled Algeria to regain its usurped sovereignty, but these agreements, while an important foundation for building future relations between the two countries, s obligations in Evian." France was quick to renege on many of its commitments and to breach one another immediately after the ceasefire on 19 March 1962. Algeria, in turn, has endeavoured to renege on some of its commitments to serve its national project. However, this has not prevented the two countries from signing further cooperation protocols between 1962 and 1989 to regulate bilateral relations in accordance with the requirements of each stage.
