التجربة الجزائرية في محاربة البطالة
Résumé: Unemployment is a phenomenon found in most economic societies as a significant indication of the decline of a certain economic system .It effects the growth and economic openness and financial stability. This study illustrates the Algerian experiment in employment and its role in combating unemployment because it has an impact on the creation of jobs .This in light of the state’s efforts to achieve development and prosperity by encouraging and financing projects in various sectors .In this context ;especially in the area of job creation. Through the theoretical and statistical study of the subject of our research .We found that the operating agencies ; in particular , the National Agency for Youth Employment support is one of the contributing policies to address the phenomenon of unemployment because the latter negatively affects the economics of countries and the stability of their societies .Algeria aims to provide various means of support and encouragement . For these institutions and projects to enable the latter through its flexibility progress in dealing with the variables of providing jobs.
