النزاع الاجتماعي المتأصل في إفريقيا وإنعكاسته على الدولة الوطنية

Résumé: ملخص: تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى التطرق لنظرية النزاع الاجتماعي المتأصل protracted social conflict theory لـ "ادوارد أزار" والمرتبطة بتحليل النزاعات التي لها علاقة بالهوية والتي تنتشر بقوة في القارة الافريقية وتتسم بنوع شديد من التعقيد سواء من ناحية خلفياتها وأسبابها او فيما يتعلق بتداعياتها وآثارها على الدولة الوطنية وما جاورها ؛ حيث نصل إلى أن هذه التركيبة الاجتماعية المتنوعة تجعل من الصعب الخروج من منطق المؤسسات الجهوية ) العشيرة-القبيلة-الجماعة( إلى منطق المؤسسات الوطنية ) الدولة(. ويمكن التنبؤ بمستقبل الدولة الوطنية بمفهومها الحديث من خلال مقتربي الجماعة وعلاقة الدولة بالمجتمع ، وبالتالي نخلص الى انه تصبح العلاقة بين متغير النزاع الاجتماعي والدولة الوطنية الحديثة علاقة طردية ، فكلما كانت الأولوية للجماعة ومنطق التنازع بينها قويا كلما انعكس ذلك سلبا على قوة الدولة الوطنية وتماسكها . الكلمات المفتاحية : النزاع الاجتماعي المتأصل؛ الدولة الوطنية ؛ الهوية. Summary: This study have dealt with the theory of the protracted social conflict theory of Edward Azar, which is linked to the analysis of identity-related conflicts that spread strongly in the African continent and are of a very complex nature, whether in terms of its backgrounds, causes or consequences on the national state and its vicinity; this divers social structure makes it difficult to move from the logic of regional institution clan-tribe-group to the logic of national institutions –state-.the future of state in its modern sense can be foreseen through the relationship between the variable of social conflict and the modern national state becomes one of expulsion, the stronger the community’s priority and the logic of conflict between it whenever this adversely affects the power and cohesion of the national state.
