الإنعكاسات النفسية على الرياضيين الجزائريين جراء التوقف عن المنافسة الرياضية المفروض بسبب جائحة كوفيد-19

Résumé: الملخص: جاءت هذه الدراسة لتبيان التأثيرات النفسية للحجر الصحي على لاعبي الفرق والنوادي الرياضية التنافسية جراء التوقف عن المنافسة والتدريبات، وقد إعتمدنا على المنهجي الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم إختيار عينة عشوائية مكونة من 623 لاعبا من صنف الأكابر بمختلف الرياضات التنافسية، ووزع عليهم إستبيان، حيث سجلنا وجود تذبذب واضح في الممارسة الرياضية، كما بينت النتائج عن وجود درجة ومستوى مرتفع من القلق، ومستوى متوسط لكل من الإحباط والإكتئاب لدى عينة الدراسة، بسبب تفشي وباء كوفيد 19. الكلمات المفتاحية: الإنعكاسات النفسية - الحجر الصحي - الفرق والنوادي الرياضية التنافسية . Abstract: this study came to show the psychological effects of quarantine on players of teams and compititive sports clubs as a result of stopping competition and training, we have relied on the describtive and analytical methodology, wherby a random sample of 630 players from the senior category in various competitive sports, a questionnaire was distributed to them, where we recorded a clear fluctuation in sports practice, and the results showed a degree and a high level of anxiety, and a medium level for both frustration and depression in the study sample, due to the outbreak of the covid-19 epidemic Keywords: psychological effects ; quarantine ; competitive sports teams and clubs.
