مستوى القلق عند الرياضيين الجزائريين خلال فترة الحجر الصحي المفروض بسبب جائحة كوفيد-19

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى القلق عند الرياضيين الجزائريين خلال فترة الحجر الصحي المفروض بسبب جائحة كوفيد-19، ولهذا الغرض استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي على عينة متكونة من 623 لاعبا من صنف الأكابر بمختلف الرياضات التنافسية، تم اختيارها بطريقة عشوائية، لجمع البيانات استخدمنا أداة الاستبيان. بعد جمع النتائج ومعالجتها إحصائيا تم التوصل إلى وجود مستوى مرتفع من القلق، و وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير الجنس، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير أسلوب الرياضة (فردي، جماعي). وعلى هذا الأساس أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاهتمام بالحالة النفسية للرياضيين الجزائريين خلال فترة الحجر الصحي والعودة للمنافسات والتدريبات. This study aims to identify the level of anxiety of Algerian athletes during the quarantine period due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and for this purpose we used the analytical descriptive approach on a sample of 623 players from the category of elders in various competitive sports, chosen randomly, to collect data we used a tool Questionnaire. After collecting the results and treating them statistically, a high level of anxiety was reached, and there were statistically significant differences attributed to the gender variable, and there were no statistically significant differences attributed to the sport style variable (individual, group). On this basis, the study recommended the need to pay attention to the psychological state of Algerian athletes during the quarantine period and to return to competitions and training.
