Résumé: تعتبر الاتصالات التكنولوجية من بين أهم العمليات الإدارية كحتمية فرضتها الرقمنة والإدارة الإلكترونية، هدفها الاستفادة من مزايا تنظيم الشؤون الإدارية، عبر تقنيات حديثة وبرامج خاصة تسعى لتحقيق التحول العميق للعمليات الاتصالية، وضمان استمرار الأداء الفاعل، لهذا نجد أن عملية البحث عن تطوير برامج الاتصالات ساهمت في تسليط الضوء على أهمية الوقت والإتقان وحتى التأثير على السلوكيات وسرعة اتخاذ القرارات. الكلمات المفتاحية: تكنولوجيا الاتصالات، الأداء العام، المؤسسات القضائية. Technological communication is among the most important administrative processes as an imperative imposed by digitization and electronic management, its goal is to take advantage of the advantages of organizing administrative affairs, through modern technologies and special programs that seek to achieve a deep transformation of communication processes, and ensure the continuation of effective performance, for this we find that the process of searching for developing programs Communication contributed to highlighting the importance of time and proficiency, and even influencing behavior and the speed of decision-making.
